Heart Yummies
4 (3-inch) Heart shaped cookies, from baked goods section of your super market
1/2 pint favorite ice cream
1/2 cup candy sprinkles
Place large scoops of ice cream between cookies and squish the ice cream out to the edges. Roll the ice cream sandwiches in sprinkles and serve.

Victorian Lace
8 butter lace cookies, from baked goods section of your super market
14 strawberries, sliced thinly
1 canister real whipped cream
Chocolate sauce, with a spout top
Place 4 butter lace cookies in a line. Top with a few berry slices each, then add whipped cream, more berries and another lace cookie on top. Drizzle with zigzags of chocolate sauce. Transfer Victorian Lace cookies to dessert plates and serve immediately.
